Nerve Hydro-Dissection

What is Nerve Hydro-Dissection?
Nerve Hydro-Dissection is a new procedure developed to treat and relieve the pain of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other nerve entrapments.

What can Nerve Hydro-Dissection treat?
Nerve Hydro-Dissection is commonly used to treat Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

What is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome?
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome occurs when the median nerve, which runs from the forearm to the hand, becomes compressed within the wrist. Compression of this nerve can result in numbness, pain and difficulty with grip.

How does Nerve Hydro-Dissection work?
Using a small needle, the compressed nerve is "hydro-dissected" from the neighboring tissues. The procedure is done in-office and typically takes about 30 minutes.

How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments needed vary for each patient. It may require several treatments to fully separate the compressed nerves from the neighboring tissues.

How do I know if Nerve Hydro-Dissection is right for me?
A consultation with Dr. Francis Unson will determine if Nerve Hydro-Dissection is right for you.
